According to the 2015 UN Millennium Development Goals report, women and girls have access to more education, economic opportunities, and political power than ever before in human history.

There are 214 million women and girls in the developing world who want contraception, but can’t access or afford it. That means 43% of pregnancies in those regions are unintended. We offered training for over 100 girls on the reuse of sanitary pads.

Empowering women is critical in lifting the most vulnerable communities out of poverty. We offer support for widows and aged. We provide suitable technical and financial support and effective partnership with women organizations.

WHAT WE DO

WORLD HIV/AIDS DAY

Environment Development and Healthcare Initiatives, alongside prominent personalities, lead the Charge on World HIV Day 2023. Our foundation contributed actively, focusing on the students to care more on protection.

BE PART OF HER FUTURE

Empowering the girl child by giving them a sense of hope that they can achieve their goals and this will help in making the world a safer, healthier, and fairer place. We create awareness on sexual assault, rape, mutilation and domestic violence.

Free Health Care Initiatives

Billions of people worldwide are at risk of contracting a life-threatening endemic disease because they don’t have access to health services — or are simply unaware of safe health practices. EDHI offers free health care services in order to save lives.
